These terms are provided as a working draft pending review by Isaku Architecture's counsel.
№ 01 ·
Use of the Site
By accessing or using isakuarchitecture.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Without limiting the general principle, you specifically agree:
- To use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the studio's editorial intent — that is, as a portfolio and information resource about the practice of Isaku Architecture.
- Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its underlying infrastructure, or any account or data held in connection with it.
- Not to interfere with the normal operation of the Site, including by introducing malware, executing automated scraping at a scale that affects availability, or circumventing security measures.
- Not to use the Site, or any content displayed on it, to harass, defame, or otherwise harm any individual, organisation, or community.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including architectural drawings, photographs, project descriptions, written essays, the studio mark, and the editorial design of the Site itself — is the intellectual property of Isaku Architecture or its licensors, and is protected by Albanian and international copyright, trademark, and related laws.
You may view, share short excerpts, and link to pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial, and editorial-press purposes, provided that Isaku Architecture is credited and that no modification is made to the materials. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, public display, or the creation of derivative works — requires prior written permission from the studio.
Photographs of completed buildings may be subject to additional rights held by the photographer or the client; where such rights apply, they are reserved in addition to the studio's own rights.

Contact Form Submissions
When you submit an inquiry through the contact form or by writing to the studio directly, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate, that you have the authority to provide it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
- Isaku Architecture may use the information you provide for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and assessing a potential commission, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Until a written engagement is signed, no consultation, proposal, sketch, fee estimate, or other communication from the studio creates a contractual relationship or a professional duty of care.
- Project images, references, or proprietary information you choose to share are shared at your own discretion; please do not submit material you consider confidential without first agreeing a confidentiality arrangement with the studio.

No Professional Advice
The content on the Site is provided for general informational and editorial purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, professional architectural, planning, engineering, legal, or other technical advice for any specific site, project, or jurisdiction.
Architectural advice from Isaku Architecture is provided only under a written engagement with the studio, scoped to the particular project, site, and brief described in that engagement. Statements, images, or essays on the Site that may resemble general guidance are not a substitute for such an engagement.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Isaku Architecture makes no warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Isaku Architecture does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content on the Site. Any reliance you place on the content is strictly at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Isaku Architecture, its partners, employees, and collaborators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The Site may link to third-party websites — for example, the social-media profiles of the studio, press features about our work, or websites of project collaborators. These third-party sites are not under the control of Isaku Architecture, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability.
The inclusion of any third-party link does not imply endorsement by the studio. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
The competent courts of Durrës, Albania, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute, save where mandatory consumer-protection law of a visitor's country of residence requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms
Isaku Architecture may update these Terms of Service from time to time, to reflect changes in the Site, in our practice, or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. When the terms are updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised, and material changes will be flagged on the website where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Site after a revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to a revision, please discontinue use of the Site.

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Isaku Architecture in relation to your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings on the same subject.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court or authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
