Information We Collect
Isaku Architecture collects only the personal information necessary to respond to inquiries and to operate the website. The categories of information we may collect are limited to:
- Contact details you provide voluntarily through the inquiry form or by writing to us directly — typically name, email address, organization, and the content of your message.
- Project-related information you choose to share in the course of an inquiry, such as the city or site of a proposed commission, an approximate budget range, or a brief project description.
- Technical information collected automatically when you visit the website — including IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed — used in aggregated form to monitor site performance and detect abuse.
- Cookie-based information as described in our Cookie Policy, used for strictly necessary, preference, and aggregated analytics purposes only.
№ 02 ·
How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, begin a conversation about a possible commission or collaboration.
- Maintain a record of our correspondence for as long as is reasonably required to deliver a project or follow up on a prior conversation.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website — including detecting and preventing abuse, debugging technical issues, and understanding which pages are most useful to visitors.
- Comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations applicable to an Albanian architecture practice.
№ 03 ·
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The website uses cookies sparingly, for strictly necessary functionality, simple preference memory, and aggregated, anonymised analytics. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not participate in cross-site behavioural tracking networks.
A full description of the cookies we use and how to manage them is available in our Cookie Policy. You can control or refuse cookies at any time through your browser settings, with the caveat that disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect site functionality.

How We Share Your Information
Isaku Architecture does not sell personal information. We share it only in the limited circumstances described below:
- With trusted service providers who help us operate the studio and the website (for example, email hosting and basic analytics) — bound by confidentiality and processing agreements consistent with applicable data-protection law.
- With collaborators on a specific project — such as engineers, contractors, or planning consultants — where this is necessary to advance work you have asked us to undertake, and only to the extent required.
- When required by applicable law, regulation, or a valid request from a public authority, or to protect the legal rights of the studio, its staff, or its clients.
- In the event of a business reorganization, succession, or transfer of practice, with appropriate safeguards and notice to data subjects where required.

Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Inquiry correspondence that does not lead to a commission is typically retained for up to twenty-four (24) months and then deleted or anonymised, unless we have a specific reason to keep it for longer (for example, an open conversation about a future opportunity).
Project records associated with completed commissions are retained for the duration required by Albanian professional, tax, and archival obligations applicable to architectural practice, and then disposed of securely.

California Privacy Rights
Visitors in California (United States) may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and related state legislation, including rights to know, to delete, and to opt out of certain disclosures of personal information.
Our primary regulatory regime is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and the Albanian Law on the Protection of Personal Data. Isaku Architecture operates from Albania and has no commercial presence in California; we are unlikely to fall within the CCPA's thresholds for a covered business. Nonetheless, California visitors who wish to exercise CCPA-style rights are invited to contact us using the details in Section 10, and we will respond in good faith.

Children's Privacy
This website is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen (16).
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through the website or any of its forms, please contact us using the details in Section 10 and we will take reasonable steps to delete that information from our records.
№ 08 ·
Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party sites — for example, the social-media profiles of the studio, press articles featuring our work, or external collaborators. These third-party sites operate under their own privacy policies, which Isaku Architecture does not control and is not responsible for.
We encourage visitors to review the privacy practices of any third-party site they visit through a link on this website before sharing personal information with that site.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
Isaku Architecture may update this privacy policy from time to time, to reflect changes in our practices, in the technologies we use, or for legal and regulatory reasons. When the policy is updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised, and material changes will be flagged on the website where appropriate.
We encourage visitors to revisit this page periodically and to consult it before sharing personal information with the studio through the website or any of its forms.
